I am the heart behind The Heart of Homes at KW Platform. It brings me great joy to assist my clients no matter what season they are in life with their real estate endeavors. My clients' goals are my highest interest. I listen to each client's story to assess and organize a timeline so that we are prepared and put our best foot forward when entering the market. There are so many variables and unknowns to the consumer when they enter the market whether selling or buying such as: the process, the market conditions and what is needed to prepare in advance. My sole purpose is to educate, communicate and guide my clients best as possible, to make it as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

Aside from people upsizing and downsizing, my second largest niche market is single women, investors, estates as well as out-of-state referrals. There is a deep level of trust required to help anyone with the largest purchase of their life and when I am chosen, I consider that a great honor.

People I have worked with have said: that I have an encouraging spirit and very organized, that I pay attention to detail and exude excellence in all things with a timely response to questions. I have a calming disposition at all times and that when I share valuable information, I do it with honesty and empathy to guide my clients confidently every step of the way.

PERSONAL

• My faith above all things is first in my life

• Gratitude morning and night, I wake before the sunrise and live for sunsets and I spend time working on what I need to fill my cup each and every morning so I can serve all I meet throughout the day

• Reading, writing, exploring nature and historic towns, learning the violin, and personal self-development in learning personally and professionally really bring me joy and energy

• Actively growing in leadership in church, which has enabled me to establish flourishing relationships and is also pushing me towards public speaking

• Community outreach and involvement is important to me. A 2023 candidate for Visionary of the Year with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and now active on the Leadership Committee, I was a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region, an iPressForward™ mentor, an IGU Ambassador, and I have been involved and modeled fashion shows for charitable organizations such as Center for Disabilities, Northeast Kidney Foundation, the Thomas Patrick Morrison Foundation, and Addiction Awareness.

• I host a call on the Clubhouse Audio App every Saturday morning at 7AM where I network with other agents and brokers in other markets. We have been going strong since March 2021 and took our friendships offline with a meetup in Sarasota, FL in October 2021 with more conferences that help grow my expertise.
